Please Read Carefully - your booking is subject to the terms below.
UPDATED MARCH 2020 DUE TO COVID PANDEMIC - ALL BOOKINGS PRIOR TO THE PANDEMIC WILL NOW ADHERE TO THESE UPDATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
☆ SECURE A BOOKING ☆
1.1 You will be required to pay £100 deposit to secure your date. This deposit is an extra addition to your total booking price. This helps to keep the individual cost per person low as well as covering essential business needs such as website upkeep, Public Liability Insurance and kit replenishment. Paying this deposit is your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Your wedding date is confirmed once your deposit is received via bank transfer. Once complete, you will receive confirmation of the details.
1.3 The booking deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled by Kari. The final balance will be due on the last day of the month before your wedding.
1.4 If you wish to pay your balance prior to the final payment date, contact Kari and She can arrange this for you.
1.5 Any discounts applied at the time of booking will only be available at that time. Any additional services added at a later date will be charged the full amount
1.6 Kari reserves the right to insist on a minimum bridal booking party size during our busy months and on Saturdays.
1.7 If an assistant is required a charge of £100 will be added to your booking to cover this
1.8 Trials will be held 1-3 months before the wedding. They are charged at £55 per service (£110 for hair and makeup) Due to availability, this will be worked around Kari schedule and at busy periods certain dates (Saturdays) may not be available.
1.9 If you would like your trial at home, a travel charge will be in place (see travel). However Kari is happy to accommodate trials in her own home if preferred.
1.10 If you are not happy at your trial and wish to cancel your booking, You will still need to pay for the cost of your trial however no further payments are due.
1.11 If another trial is needed, this will be charged at the same rate as previous
1.12 Lashes are included in the price, however no reduction is available if declined
☆ TRAVEL ☆
2.1 Kari will travel 10 miles complimentary there and back from her home address in Sheffield (S6).
2.2 Additional fees of 50p per mile will apply for distances in excess of these 10 miles simply to cover fuel costs.
2.3 If Kari has to travel for more than 2 hours from her home address for your wedding, Kari may request you book accommodation the night before.
2.4 In some cases you may be charged for any Toll or Parking Fees.These will be added to your final invoice.
☆ CANCELLATIONS ☆
3.1 All further payments after the booking deposit, your bridal trial or before the wedding, are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled after you agree to proceed from the trial.
3.2 If your date is to be postponed, Kari will do her best to be available for your new date. Any money previously paid will be held and transferred over with the booking to your new date. Meaning you only have the remaining balance left to pay.
3.3 If your wedding is postponed again after the first transferal, there will be a fee of £50 to secure your new date. Without this fee your new date will no longer be held and any money previously paid will be none refundable.
3.4 If Kari is unavailable for your new date she can provide alternative solutions using trusted assistants who work very closely with Kari on her bookings. This would mean the money for the wedding would still be paid to Kari and a 20% fee will be taken before paying the artist. This does not affect your payment and you will not be charged extra for this service.
☆ PHOTOGRAPHS ☆
4.1 Photographs / videos taken of the bridal party or event may be used on Kari’s social media unless withdrawn by the client in written consent.
4.2 It would be appreciated when you receive your professional images from your special day that you email a varied selection across to Kari to keep her portfolio up to date and to share how gorgeous you look
